Task: Write a "Good News Article" about something that has happened while school has been closed

• The article can be about any local, national or global story.
• Read the Good News Article WAGOLL.
• Remember to include the following features:
  • Headline
  • Orientation: opening sentence to sum up what the story is about
  • Third person
  • Past tense
  • Direct speech
  • Photograph
  • Factual (with some quoted opinions)
• We will put these articles together to create a class newspaper. Please send your completed articles to me via Seesaw.
