Maths

Please try to complete any outstanding MyMaths homework over the next few weeks. 

• Choose your own starter today for maths. It could be Prodigy, Times Tables Rockstars, Countdown number game (the link is on Mondays learning page), Hit the Button or the next block in the booklet in your pack. 

• Please complete Lesson 3 (Tenths on a place value grid) on the White Rose Maths website. Watch the video first and then try to complete the activity. Please continue planning your narrative. Make sure you know what events you will include for your beginning, middle and end. 

After that, there are some comprehension questions below on the next chapter of our class text. Please read the necessary pages and then answer the questions.

Spellings

Spend some time today practising your spellings for this week. You could choose one of the activites that we have used before in spellings such as pyramid spellings or shape spellings. You could ask somebody at home to test your weekly spellings just like we usually do on a Friday. 

Don't forget about your project on rivers too!
