Task: Use artefacts to explore history

• Read the Pioneering Explorers of History document below.
• Select one of the civilisations listed.
• Research the civilisation with a particular focus on historical artefacts. For example, you might choose to look at the Vikings by looking in detail at a Viking longship.
• Select three artefacts from that era and present your findings in any way you choose. For example, you could create a video, Photostory, PowerPoint presentation. You might choose to write it up in your red home learning books.
• I have included an example below (Example - Viking Longship).
