Art

Thank you to everybody who sent in their pieces of art last week. I thought you all did a fabulous job of experimenting with different lines. Today we are going to be looking at how shading can add tone to our artwork. This will help us when we begin creating our own sketches of penguins.

Have a look at the video and then have a go at adding tone to the shapes in the activity. Click HERE to watch the video.

Please ask an adult before clicking on any links.

**CHALLENGE** - can you try and add tone to the objects? Have a look at the challenge sheet which I have uploaded below. The last box is blank for you to draw your own object and then add shading to create tone.

I'm really looking forward to seeing your artwork on Seesaw!
