‘Nurturing Individual Excellence’

Monday 27th April

Happy Monday everyone!

Hope you had a lovely weekend and everyone is staying safe and well. We miss you all so much and we can't wait to see you again as soon as it is safe to do so.

This week we are continuing to think about animal life cycles as we look at frogs and hens.

Come Outside: Frogs

  • Join Auntie Mabel and her dog Pipin as they find out about tadpoles and frogs.

Life Cycle of a frog

  • Look at the Powerpoint below about frogs and watch the short clip. Can you hear how noisy the frog is?
  • Can you draw your own frog life cycle and label it? You can look at the cut and stick one below for some ideas.

Jumping

  • Can you jump like a frog?

  • How far can you jump?

  • Can you think of other jumps you can practise? Think about taking off and landing safely.

  • Which jump gets you the furthest? What about the highest?

Have a great day,

Mrs Rogers, Mrs Griffin and Mrs Thompson
