Task 1: Learn to Juggle

• Use three balls, or rolled up socks, and have a go at juggling. Use the video in the link above to help you.

Task 2: Cooper Run

• If you are able to, use any private outdoor space, such as a garden and mark out the longest shuttle space you can (such as ten metres). Run as many shuttles as you can in 12 minutes.
