Task 1: Cooper Run
- If you are able to, go to an outdoor space and run laps for 8 minutes. Record the number of laps you do (you can then repeat this and future and monitor your progress).
- If you are unable to go out, use any private outdoor space, such as a garden and mark out the longest shuttle space you can (such as ten metres). Run as many shuttles as you can in 12 minutes.
