Sports-Themed Activity - Chapter Five

Devise a Training Plan

Select an Olympic or Paralympic sport of your choice (a full list can be found on the following links: Olympic Sports and Paralympic Sports.

Create your own training plan, either for one session or a series of sessions. Think about the skills which are required for the sport and what muscles are used most. For example, basketball requires an ability to jump, so training on jumping skills, maybe using skipping, would be appropriate.

Feel free to email your completed session plans into school via email and I will include them in future PE sessions.
