Today, should have been our PE lesson at school.

Sports Coaching Group have committed to running live PE sessions every weekday at 10am with various Sports Coaching Group coaches as well as their mascot 'Tommy the Tiger'. 

Today they are doing 15 minutes circuit training & then some dance activities.

Feel free to join them daily or just on Tuesday and Thursday (if you prefer).  

Parents can subscribe to the Youtube channel, where children and parents can join them live daily from 10am or watch later at a time that suits you.

Try to do something active each day.  It might that you go out for a local walk, do some Go Noodle dances or have a play in the garden.
