Message to Year 6 - No. 56

Good morning, Year 6. I hope you are all well. It has been great to receive so many responses from Seesaw over the last couple of days, from your arithmetic scores, information on what books you have been reading, character descriptions and everything else. Keep up the good work.

Following my mention yesterday about Epic, you have now received your next Epic badge: You have read 325 books. Well done - let's keep going for 400!

Today is National Writing Day and, to celebrate, the BBC have launched a writing challenge on their website. The challenge is to write a 24-word story in 7 minutes. The story must start with "One day...". You can access the detailed information here and there is also a task on Seesaw where you can send your pieces of writing. I look forward to reading them.

As always, please let me know if you would like any help or support with anything, or if you would like any printed resources sorting for you.

Keep safe and keep learning.

Many thanks.
