I have a challenge for you this week. See how many times you can keep a volleyball in the air in 1 minute. If you haven't got a volleyball you can use any type of ball or even a balloon.

As it is Mental Health Awareness week, we are going to be thinking about kindness. If you have been keeping up with Harold from the Life Education Van you will know that he is thinking about kindness this week too. I would like you to think about all the ways that you can be kind and either write or draw them. You can use the sheet provided or use your own paper.
