‘Nurturing Individual Excellence’

Week Commencing 27th April 2020

Harper has really enjoyed learning all about the life cycle of a butterfly, frog and hen.
Harper is beginning to also recognise more numbers and has enjoyed lots of walks. Harper also knows all her words on her keyring and can even spell some of them.  😊

Jessica has been working hard on her piece of writing on work houses. She has been finding out about what things need electricity and continuing working on her maths and times tables. Jess has also enjoyed lots of walks and some morning joining in with PE with Joe. 😊

Lauren has made a sea creature poster and Matthew has made a butterfly life cycle poster. They both also like doing experiments at the moment. So today we made a tornado.

Parry and Corey have enjoyed baking.

Isabelle is trying hard with her fractions and she has been finding a fraction of a set of objects.  Super concentration!

Charlie is continuing to work really hard with his RWI and is enjoying the lessons on YouTube. He’s started to have a look at Set 3 sounds this week. He has been working hard on tasks related to ‘The Very Hungry Caterpillar’, so far this week he has created Lego fruit, an egg box caterpillar and painted his own hungry caterpillar!

Erin has been hard at work making her 'nature inspired' maze. With a bit of help, she has planned, measured, cut and decorated an old shoe box.
