Bonfire - Reception and KS1

Class: Reception Year: 2015 - 2016

This morning the Reception, Year 1 and Year 2 children enjoyed a bonfire party. The fire was prepared by Mr Burgess and lit by Mrs Ling. The children watched as the flames started to take hold and used their senses to watch the different colours within the flames, listen to the crackling noises and smell the smoke.  They also enjoyed chocolate dipped pears around the fire and afterwards hot cholcolate on the playground.
