Police visit to Reception class

Lesson: Understanding the World

Class: Reception Year: 2018 - 2019

Reception class were visited by two special police officers, Dale and Josh,  who came to talk to them about their job and how they help people. The children had lots of questions and enjoyed looking at the equipment they brought. They even showed us how they put handcuffs on. Mrs Rogers had to volunteer for that job! After trying on a helmet and jacket the children got to sit in the police car and listen to the siren. It was vey loud! At the end of the visit Dale and Josh had to speed off to a real emergency!
