They both learnt how to put up a tent at the weekend in the garden. They have both loved doing reading time in the tent and also having their packed lunch in there too.

Mrs Rogers wrote:

That sounds like a really lovely activity to do and a special place to read too. Great work Lauren and Matthew!

Lissie is really enjoying cooking and baking. So far she has made chicken curry, noodles, minestrone soup, banana bread, Moroccan stew and tomorrow we are going to make sushi and she has also asked to make biscuits later in the week. She also had a WOW moment today for making her own breakfast!

Mrs Rogers wrote:

Yum, Yum, all that cooking and baking is making me feel very hungry! Well Done Lissie! Congratulations on your WOW moment! I'm giving you a roller coaster clap right now!

Charlie is enjoying spending lots of time in the garden. He’s been practising lots with his basketball hoop. I think he’s hoping Mr Hancock will sign him up soon!

Mrs Rogers wrote:

Well done Charlie! Keep going with the shooting. I hope Mr Hancock has been practising too!
