Harold's Daily Diary

Harold the giraffe from the Life Education van will be keeping a diary of all the things that he gets up to over the next few weeks.  It will be interesting to see what he is doing. You can access his blog by clicking the link.

The children have recently seen Harold in the Education Life Van.  We know that having a routine and structure are key to providing children with security at this challenging time. Topics will include:

·         Taking regular exercise

·         Being creative

·         Helping others

·         Connecting with others – in ways that are safe

·         Mindfulness – learning to enjoy the moment, here and now.
