Warm-Up: Devise your own
- Complete your own warm up that lasts approximately five minutes. Remember to include the following:
- Exercises that get your heartbeat pumping, such as running on the spot, star jumps, etc.
- Stretches of a variety of muscles which last for at least 10 seconds.
- If you devise a warm-up which you'd like to share, please send the instructions into school via email.
Task 1: Gymnastics Sequence
- Premier Education 'Stay Active' Gymnastics - work through the routine with Premier Education's Sarah. There are two routines, one easier than the other. Please complete the routine that is right for you and take care.
Task 2: Dance Routine
- Premier Education 'Stay Active' Dance - Follow the routine to Dance Monkey with Sheena, Lee and Ryan.
Task 3: Garden Sports Day Practice
- As with last week's session, practise the traditional Sports Day events with the activities below.
Task 4: Bleep Test
- You can do this at any point during the session, or any other day of the week.
- If you have access to a device connected to Wi-Fi, follow the link below to the multi-stage fitness test.
- If you have space, measure out a 20 metre distance to run in as we have done at school. A smaller space can be used as well, just adjust accordingly.
