Task 1: Warm-up
- Complete the following warm-up below (designed by Joe):
- As many lunge jumps as you can in 30 seconds
- As many air Jordans as you can in 30 seconds (if you don't know what they are, they are like Superman jumps but finish with a a basketball swish).
- Frog squats for 30 seconds
- 20 press ups
- Frog squat jumps as many as you can in 30 seconds
- Crunches as many as you can in 30 seconds
- Sit-ups as many as you can in 30 seconds
- 1 minute plank
- Superman plank (one leg up for 15, the other leg for 15) for 30 seconds
