Task 1: Warm-up

  • Complete the following warm-up below (designed by Joe):
    • As many lunge jumps as you can in 30 seconds
    • As many air Jordans as you can in 30 seconds (if you don't know what they are, they are like Superman jumps but finish with a a basketball swish).
    • Frog squats for 30 seconds
    • 20 press ups
    • Frog squat jumps as many as you can in 30 seconds
    • Crunches as many as you can in 30 seconds
    • Sit-ups as many as you can in 30 seconds
    • 1 minute plank
    • Superman plank (one leg up for 15, the other leg for 15) for 30 seconds

  • As with the last three weeks, use the link above to help you learn how to juggle.
