Task 2 (20 minutes)

Read through English Task 2.  We are going to look at starting sentences with 'ed' words, thinking carefully about where we need to add a comma in the sentence.

Science

In Science we are starting a new topic - Living things and their habitats.

In this first lesson we are looking at the life cycles of an amphibian and an insect at thinking about the similarities and fifferences.

To introduce this topic, I would like you to look at the powerpoint - Comparing Life Cycles. This should remind you of any work completed on life cycles in previous years.

Below are links to two videos to watch about the lifecycles of frogs and butterflies. Please watch them carefully and then complete the worksheet - Comparing Lifecycles.

You will need to draw, label and describe what happens at each stage.

Then have a think about the two lifecycles. How are they similar? How are they different?

Music

This week we are going back to couning in French. You may need a little refresh and then move on to count from 20-70.
