Tuesday 30th June

Hello everybody.

I hope you are all well. Thank you to everybody who sent in their wallpaper design yesterday. They all looked fantastic! Well done!

Look out for a BBC Bitesize special with Sir David Attenborough today. He will be talking about dinosaurs and fossils.

Keep safe, keep learning and if you would like any help or support please let me know.

P4C

P4C stands for Philosophy for Children. It is a process used at times in school to explore certain ideas. This is often linked with our topics. P4C works best when exploring a question with other people but could also be done independently.

Our first task includes three questions. You have to decide if you would rather have one or the other. If you would like to, you can let me know your decision on Seesaw. You will need to explain why you have chosen you answer!

1. City or countryside?

2. Sun or moon?

3. Morning or evening?

Next, have a look at this video first then think about the questions below.

https://www.literacyshed.com/switch.html

Is it good to be curious? Are there always benefits to being curious?

Is it good to take risks? When is it important to be cautious?

This week, we will be researching Victorian inventors. Do you think they were curious?
