English - Look at your hedgehog appearance paragraph from last week. Edit your writing to make sure you have used capital letters and full stops correctly. Have you included adjectives to give details and tried to use 'and', 'but' and 'because' to join ideas together?

Harvest - Have a look at the Harvest file to see your words for our virtual Harvest. Practise reading them so that you can say them clearly.

Wednesday 30 September

English - Use the Hedgehog habitat file to write a paragraph about hedgehogs and where they live. Use third person writing (they, their, them), present tense and words like 'and' 'but' and 'because' to join your ideas.

Maths - Use Prodigy for 20 or 30 minutes, practise your tables.

PE - Have you got badminton rackets? If it is dry, try to keep a rally going.

IT - On the school website look at the 'Curriculum' heading and then use 'Homework and Website Links'. Choose Year 2 CODE. Use your log in card to find your secret words. Start at lesson 1. Spend 20 or 30 minutes and see how far you get.
