News from Reception at school

Finn and Willow enjoyed another Big Bang activity. They made the bridge out of 10 pieces of A4 paper that held the weight of 500g of pasta. They worked brilliantly as a team.

Isabelle has enjoyed following the 'Traction Man' lessons, from Oak Academy, over the last few days.  Here is her finished piece of writing.  We also made a video of her reading the story to send to her Nannie.

Finn and Willow had great fun today making the items from the Big Bang session this morning.
They particularly enjoyed making Monty’s home.

As we have not been able to have Sports Week/Sports Day this year Ellie was set the task of doing her own at home. They did obstacle races, balancing, space hoppers, water relays and standing jumps. Ellie did brilliant at sit ups (beating all of us with ease) and we all really enjoyed the afternoon.
