Iconic Moments - Chapter Five

Over the course of sporting history there have been numerous moments of greatness, displays of brilliance borne out of diligent practice and endless hard work. See below for today's selection:

• Nadia Comaneci's Perfect 10 - At the 1976 Montreal Olympics, Romanian athlete Nadia Comaneci scored the first perfect 10 on the uneven bars.
• USA's Dream Team (Barcelona 1992) - At the Olympics in Barcelona, the USA brought together some of the greatest basketball players of all time, including Larry Bird, Magic Johnson, Scottie Pippen and Michael Jordan, to secure the gold medal.

• London 2012 Closing Montage - there is no better way to complete this week's journey through the history of great sporting moments than by finishing with the closing montage from London 2012. It certainly did inspire a generation, and it continues to do so.
