Task: Discuss and/or write about the following sports-themed P4C questions:
- Is it right to be competitive?
- Great Britain won 67 medals in the Rio 2016 Olympic Games (27 gold, 23 silver and 17 bronze) and 147 Paralympic medals (64 gold, 39 silver and 44 bronze).
- But do you think it is always right to be competitive? Do you think you should try and win at everything?
- Are there times where you shouldn't be competitive?
- Is an element of competitiveness needed in order to be successful?
- Should athletes be disqualified if they receive help?
