Task 1: Warm-Up
- Devise and complete your own warm-up that lasts approximately 5 minutes.
- Send your warm-up plans via Seesaw and I will include them as part of next week's PE session.
Task 2: Cooper Run
Note: the below information is the same as the last two weeks - see if you can increase the number of laps/shuttles you do.
- If you are able to, go to an outdoor space and run laps for 12 minutes. Record the number of laps you do (you can then repeat this and future and monitor your progress).
- If you are unable to go out, use any private outdoor space, such as a garden and mark out the longest shuttle space you can (such as ten metres). Run as many shuttles as you can in 12 minutes.
Task 3: Continue to Learn to Juggle
- As with last week, use the link above to help you learn how to juggle.
Task 4: Garden Sports Day
- Along with the Garden Sports Day which you have seen before, I have included a Home Sports Day Task Cards which you can use too.
- Select a range of activities from either document and spend about 30 minutes giving them a go.
