Task 1: Cooper Run
- Complete the Cooper Run by running for eight minutes.
- Remember to run the same route each week and record the distance you get each week. Over time, you will see improvement.
- You should now be getting quite confident with this and should be seeing some improvement in how you feel each time you do it.
Task 2: Yoga (developing balance and core strength)
- Complete following activity video from Cosmic Yoga:
Honing and developing fundamental skills
Task 1: SCNW Board Game (10 minutes)
- Download the SCNW Board Game. If you are able to print it, do so. If not, you can create your own simple version on an A4 piece of paper.
- Play the game with a member of your family. You could also play alone.
Task 2: Challenge Cards
- Spend at least 5 minutes on each of the challenge cards:
- Jumping Jacks
- Plank
- Tap Up Tennis
- Wall Sit
