Task 1: Cooper Run

  • Complete the Cooper Run by running for eight minutes.
  • Remember to run the same route each week and record the distance you get each week. Over time, you will see improvement.
  • You should now be getting quite confident with this and should be seeing some improvement in how you feel each time you do it.

Task 2: Yoga (developing balance and core strength)

Honing and developing fundamental skills

Task 1: SCNW Board Game (10 minutes)

  • Download the SCNW Board Game. If you are able to print it, do so. If not, you can create your own simple version on an A4 piece of paper.
  • Play the game with a member of your family. You could also play alone.

Task 2: Challenge Cards

  • Spend at least 5 minutes on each of the challenge cards:
    • Jumping Jacks
    • Plank
    • Tap Up Tennis
    • Wall Sit
