Science - 24.03.20

Following our learning during Science Week, please see below for the following investigations which you may be able to do at home. Feel free to email your findings into school. The following should take no less than an hour and a half:

• Alka-Seltzer Lava Lamp (as seen last week).
  • A PDF can be found below which details how to carry out the demonstration.
  • It also incldues how to make it a true experiment through suggesting several questions you could aim to answer.
  • I have also attached the investigation planning sheet so you can design a fair test.

• Balloon Kebabs
  • A PDF is attached which explains how to do this and how it works.

Note: if you are not able to do these at home, have a look at the link below or elsewhere on the internet/YouTube. There are lots of demonstrations available.
