Message to Year 6 - No. 6

I hope you have all had an enjoyable weekend and, despite the less favourable weather, have been able to spend some time outside. Our second week of learning from home begins today. Please remember to get in touch if you need any additional support with anything or to send any completed work into school.

This week, maths and English continues as usual, along with a variety of other subjects, including PE, French, Science and Geography. From Wednesday, there is a new piece of writing. I have endeavoured to provide enough support to enable you to give it a good go but please get in touch if you'd like any more help.

Over Easter, I will be putting a weekly page onto the online learning section of the website with a selection of practical activities which you may be able to try, from science demontrations/investigations to activities you can do outdoors. You may have seen that I have uploaded a blog for Year 6 asking about science ideas to try at home. Please respond to the blog directly or forward any ideas to me.

Similarly, if you have come across any online activities, games, etc. that may help occupy your time over Easter, then please let me know - I will provide a page with lots of different resources that you can access.

Many thanks and continue to keep safe and keep learning.

Mr. Hancock
