Task 1: Bleep Test and/or Cooper Run
- Bleep Test
- Complete the bleep test. This can be completed over the full distance of 20 metres or shortened to fit the space you have. Click here for the YouTube audio of the test.
- Cooper Run
- The Cooper Run takes place over 12 minutes.
- In whatever space you have, run as far as you can in 12 minutes. This could be done as shuttle runs as well.
Task 2: Broad Jump (School Record Event)
- As you will all be aware, broad jump is one of our school record events, usually being recorded once a week during lunchtime.
- Have a go at broad jump at home. Any tape measure can be used along with any flat surface - just take care.

- I have included the top ten all-time scores (anonymised) below, so you know what you are aiming for. The current top ten can be accessed here.
