Scissor Skills in Year 1

Year one have put their scissor skills to the test to cut out owl weaving shapes.  They folded and snipped the card to create the slits and then wove the coloured strips to create the pattern.  Brilliant results to display in the classroom.

Year one cut, folded and assembled a poppy remembrance wreath.  They worked hard to be independent and followed the given instructions really well.
